Habitat: farmland and fields

Lowland areas of our expedition were based in farmland and fields which supported a variety of different species. These were generally the birds we were most familiar with. This habitat was encountered at the beginning and end of days 1 and 2 as the campsites we were based at were around farms (such as Nether Booth and the Edale area). Hedgerows act as corridors to interlink different areas of woodland, or different farms, therefore enabling interbreeding of different demes.
